TL;DR
Director, Employer Sales (Healthcare): Lead a high-performing sales team driving growth across the employer segment for a virtual clinic platform with an accent on pipeline building, complex deal closing, and revenue scaling. Focus on sales forecasting, team development, cross-functional strategy sharpening, and market evangelization through industry events and stakeholder relationships.
Location: Flexible hybrid model primarily from US hub cities (New York: 3 days/week onsite Tue-Wed-Thu; other cities: quarterly Work Together Days). Requires active work authorization in the US.
Salary: OTE $350K–$400K per year

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and motivate sales team to exceed revenue targets
- Build and scale pipeline across employer market segments
- Partner on hiring, goal setting, coaching, and performance management
- Own sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility
- Guide team through full sales cycle, including complex RFPs
- Represent at industry events, deepen consultant/buyer relationships, pursue upsells, and collaborate cross-functionally
Requirements
- 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams, ideally in HR/Benefits
- Experience building/hiring/developing sales talent and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Track record influencing decision-making, building executive relationships, and leveraging Salesforce
- Excellent communication, analytical instincts, and comfort with AI tools
- Organized leadership for cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments

- Established network with healthcare stakeholders (brokers, benefits admins, platforms)
- Experience translating market feedback into product/go-to-market insights
