Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business with NICU teams while expanding existing relationships.
- Serve as primary contact for neonatologists, hospitalists, head nurses, and clinical staff in NICUs.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations on rapid genomic testing value for critically ill newborns.
- Collaborate with health systems directors and sales channels to engage hospital leadership and optimize utilization.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual hospital engagements, onboarding, test ordering, and result delivery.
- Lead educational initiatives including presentations, conferences, and clinical meetings; track metrics and maintain CRM pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years in healthcare or hospital-based sales, preferably NICU or genetics
- Valid driver’s license; able to travel ~75% including weekends/evenings
- Strong technical aptitude, independent time/territory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
