What you will do
- Consult with healthcare partners to identify solutions that automate patient management using products and data.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute strategies supporting customer strategic initiatives and sales objectives.
- Analyze and consult on workflow solutions to maximize efficiency and minimize clinical disruption.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in large hospitals and health systems.
- Provide advanced product support and troubleshooting for on-site implementations and evaluations.
- Lead special projects and assume the role of Lead Clinical Specialist for complex site evaluations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Must be based in Texas.
- Ability to travel extensively (50% or more overnight travel).
- Valid Driver’s license and a driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
- PC literacy and exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Compliance with current state and/or professional license requirements.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of critical care or related clinical experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to clinical clients.
