Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Drive direct sales to developmental pediatricians, pediatric neurologists, genetic counselors, and medical geneticists.
• Lead new product launches and accelerate the adoption of clinical exome and genome testing solutions.
• Build and sustain high-value relationships across Children’s Hospitals and rare disease networks.
• Design and execute territory business plans focused on revenue acceleration and market share capture.
• Manage proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Serve as a clinical and technical resource, providing education and training for providers and staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in diagnostics or specialty laboratory services.
• Demonstrated success selling into Children’s Hospitals and/or rare disease markets.
• Track record of winning new business and launching products in complex clinical environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from physicians to executives using a consultative approach.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Gmail, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in the United States.
