Salary: $110,800 – $138,500 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the onboarding experience and develop highly engaging new-hire sales training for the Oncology business unit.
  • Create and execute continuing education programs for a business unit of nearly 500 professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and medical teams to organize annual global sales and plan of action (POA) meetings.
  • Design clinical product and sales skills training content for in-person, Zoom, and hybrid delivery.
  • Conduct field visits with sales professionals to provide feedback and identify real-time training gaps.
  • Develop educational materials using Google Slides, PowerPoint, and voice-recorded LMS content.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Laboratory Diagnostics Industry (sales, management, training, or medical affairs).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Dynamic presentation and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree in medical or biological sciences.
  • Previous field experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Prior experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Knowledge of photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop.
