What you will do

• Monitor food production to ensure all chefs adhere to food safety regulations.
• Perform critical refrigeration, chemical concentration, and temperature checks.
• Enforce kitchen rules regarding PPE, hand washing, and station sanitation.
• Manage labeling compliance for all items in coolers and freezers.
• Conduct daily facility compliance walks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Operations, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve safety and quality issues.

Requirements

• Experience working in a high compliance food processing facility (USDA, FDA).
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain food safety concepts in plain language.
• Proficiency in G Suite/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
