Quality Control Associate

Location: Tracy, California, United States. Onsite warehouse role with a Saturday–Wednesday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Hourly compensation: $20.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Inspect produce and grocery products throughout the warehouse through frequent quality-control audits.
• Verify the quality and accuracy of inbound deliveries, including temperature and pressure checks.
• Identify and immediately escalate food safety and quality issues to the lead or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records for warehouse products, including discarded and damaged items.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations during audits, inspections, and cycle counts.
• Manage changing priorities and report low yields to minimize downtime in receiving and production.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfort working in a refrigerated environment at approximately 36°F.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment and work overtime or additional weekends when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
