What you will do

• Build and lead product strategy and offering development function with processes and governance for scalable growth.
• Identify client needs and capabilities to transform into repeatable solutions.
• Manage full innovation lifecycle from assessment to launch and performance tracking.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations for executives.
• Define product positioning, buyer personas, pricing, and success metrics.
• Partner with delivery, operations, and commercial teams for implementation and go-to-market readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, offering development, consulting leadership, or related strategic role
• Proven success building or scaling product/offering management from ground up
• Strong background in services, consulting, and technology solutions
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience with business cases, investment proposals, pricing models, and financial forecasts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
• Strong analytical skills in market research and competitive intelligence
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
