What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of global commercial strategies for companion diagnostics in precision oncology.
• Evaluate diagnostic platforms and assays to provide commercial insights for R&D development.
• Develop global CDx launch strategies through partnerships with manufacturers, laboratories, and key opinion leaders.
• Align CDx and therapeutic commercialization across global brand, development, and regional teams.
• Drive market access and reimbursement initiatives to expand global diagnostic adoption.
• Track KPIs such as testing uptake and turnaround time to optimize operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in pharma, biotech, or diagnostics, specifically in oncology and precision medicine.
• Proven track record of leading successful global companion diagnostic launches.
• Experience working across R&D, commercial, and market access functions in a global matrix environment.
• Deep understanding of US and global healthcare regulatory, compliance, and reimbursement frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
