What you will do

• Direct a team of biostatisticians, overseeing their deliverables and professional growth.
• Oversee biostatistics contributions to oncology product clinical validation projects.
• Lead development of novel statistical approaches and simulations for innovative study designs.
• Produce, review, and standardize documentation for cross-functional collaborators.
• Identify risks, communicate concerns, and champion solutions in project teams.
• Improve team efficiency through innovative techniques and strategies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related quantitative field (Ph.D. preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics
• Strong knowledge of survival analysis, censoring, and advanced statistical techniques for oncology.
• Expertise in study design innovation and power/simulation approaches.
• Proven track record in mentoring and developing junior staff.
• Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NGS, ctDNA, and molecular oncology.
