Location: Hybrid (New York, NY). Must be based in New York; schedule includes three in-office days (Tuesday–Thursday).
Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 (Base)

What you will do
- Develop scalable statistical algorithms and predictive models for real-time decision making.
- Analyze complex marketplace data at webscale to drive product insights.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define KPIs and evaluate A/B tests.
- Perform causal inference to inform strategic product decisions.
- Transition academic computational expertise into scalable industry solutions.
Requirements
- PhD in a STEM field with a strong computational focus.
- Fluency in Python.
- Strong mathematical and statistical fluency, including calculus, linear algebra, and numerical analysis.
- Familiarity with both LLMs and classical machine learning techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
