Base Salary Range $180,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and evolve statistical and causal inference methodologies to strengthen marketing measurement products.
- Enhance accuracy, robustness, and scalability of MMM pipelines.
- Write production-quality Python and SQL, integrating statistical workflows with Engineering.
- Assess model assumptions, identify biases, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Debug production data and modeling issues to improve customer-facing results.
- Translate statistical reasoning into clear insights for stakeholders and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Computer Science, or quantitative STEM (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years in data science, ML, or statistical modeling.
- Deep experience in statistics, causal inference, experiment design (A/B, geo-experiments), power analysis.
- Strong in regression, time series, Bayesian methods, model evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL; experience with production code and data platforms.
- Strong communication for non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing attribution, MMM, incrementality.
- Optimization techniques like linear programming in production.
- MLOps and data pipeline orchestration.
- Startup experience.
- PhD in quantitative field.
