TL;DR

CRM Marketing Analyst, Lead Generation (CRM): Support planning, implementation, and execution of email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages for non-purchasing lead segment with an accent on campaign deployment, customer segmentation, and performance reporting. Focus on owning CRM implementations in Braze, maintaining marketing calendars, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

  • Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications (ad hoc and automated), and build customer segments in Braze for lead generation.
  • Maintain CRM marketing calendar and roadmap.
  • Support weekly performance reporting.
  • Assist cross-functional communication: write briefs, collaborate with data/analytics, coordinate copy/design, support internal initiatives, facilitate sign-offs.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in D2C email marketing.
  • Experience building and deploying emails from scratch.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative partners (designers, copywriters).
  • Experience operating CRM platform (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Very strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication, ability to juggle multiple tasks on short deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Braze platform.
  • Experience with SMS marketing in D2C.
  • General understanding of HTML.
  • General understanding of personalization in CRM.
