What you will do
- Own end-to-end setup of automated journeys and ad-hoc campaigns, including logic, triggers, and technical quality.
- Build and maintain audience segments with Data team for personalized messaging.
- Manage project documentation in Notion and tasks in ClickUp.
- Conduct QA for all communications, testing logic, webhooks, and rendering across devices.
- Implement experimentation roadmap, including multi-branch tests and control groups.
- Analyze results, report insights, and optimize funnels for better performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in CRM, Lifecycle or Growth Marketing with hands-on execution experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of CRM triggers, liquid logic, HTML troubleshooting.
- Understanding of incrementality, control groups, organic vs incentivized behavior.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Designers, Copywriters, Data Engineers.
- Expert in CRM platforms (Customer.io preferred), ClickUp/Notion; WhatsApp experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy communication.
- Advanced English level.
