What you will do

• Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for B2B clients
• Manage daily operations including marketing calendar, content, campaign builds, deployments, A/B testing, measurement, and reporting
• Build and manage automated email programs with end-to-end tracking
• Collaborate with creative team to follow brand guidelines
• Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations to clients
• Use data to test, optimize programs, and partner cross-functionally
• Employ AI technologies and leverage Nova ecosystem

Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
• 2-5 years experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management
• Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, A/B testing, data analysis, and action-oriented insights
• Hands-on experience with email platforms like Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze
• Expertise in email best practices: segmentation, deliverability, copy, design
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
• Strong communication, rapport building, presentation skills
