What you will do
- Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for B2B clients
- Manage daily operations including marketing calendar, content, campaign builds, deployments, A/B testing, measurement, and reporting
- Build and manage automated email programs with end-to-end tracking
- Collaborate with creative team to follow brand guidelines
- Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations to clients
- Use data to test, optimize programs, and partner cross-functionally
- Employ AI technologies and leverage Nova ecosystem
Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
- 2-5 years experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management
- Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, A/B testing, data analysis, and action-oriented insights
- Hands-on experience with email platforms like Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze
- Expertise in email best practices: segmentation, deliverability, copy, design
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
- Strong communication, rapport building, presentation skills
