What you will do

• Lead integrated brand campaigns from strategy to launch, including creative brief creation and agency oversight.
• Translate audience insights and business goals into creative narratives that drive emotional resonance.
• Develop strategic frameworks for upper-funnel brand expressions across priority channels to ensure cohesiveness.
• Monitor and optimize key brand metrics, including awareness, sentiment, reach, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, PR, and Social teams to align campaigns with GTM priorities.
• Manage the social media function to accelerate earned reach and organic growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in high-growth premium consumer or technology brands.
• 4-5 years of experience managing multi-person teams.
• Proven track record of leading brand campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
• Expertise in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, and rigorous data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
