What you will do
- Overhaul existing customer communications (CRM, email, SMS, in-app) to make them value-additive and relationship-driven.
- Work with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights to build trust, engagement, and long-tail conversion.
- Define brand personality, tone of voice, and playbook in partnership with CEO.
- Personally write email campaigns, in-app tooltips, and engage on Reddit/subreddits.
- Expand to customer growth and brand affinity via social media and organic content.
Requirements
- Copywriting virtuoso able to make complex/dry topics (insurance, repairs) engaging and human.
- T-shaped marketer with deep expertise in copywriting, audience development, product positioning; broad social/community knowledge.
- First principles thinker turning user pain points into resonant copy.
- Comfortable in fast-growing startups, pushing back on data-first teams for brand value.
- 7+ years creative marketing focused on organic growth/copy; track record in email/SMS/social; consumer brands experience; portfolio; Bachelor's Degree.

- Experience with Reddit/community dynamics.
