What you will do
- Own full P&L for DTC new customer revenue on Meta, scaling daily spend to $100K+ while maintaining target ncROAS.
- Manage and optimize supporting acquisition channels including Google Ads, TikTok, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
- Lead a team of approximately 20 (creative strategists and editors) to ship 80-150+ net-new ad variants per week.
- Partner with the CRO analyst to ensure ad-to-landing-page congruence and implement a statistical testing framework.
- Triangulate platform ROAS with incrementality testing and post-purchase survey data to drive decision making.
- Directly report to the CEO with concise, number-driven weekly performance updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience personally managing $50K+/day Meta spend on a single brand as an employee.
- Expert-level proficiency with Ads Manager, including Advantage Plus, campaign consolidation, and budget optimization.
- Experience managing creative strategists and editors to run a high-volume production pipeline.
- Deep understanding of unit economics, specifically ncROAS, ncCAC, and acquisition quality.
- Ability to thrive in a high-tempo, founder-led environment with an urgency-driven mindset.
- Strong performance management skills, including experience with hiring and firing.
