What you will do

• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
• Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing.
• Monitor daily performance and take action to optimize activity against ROAS and CPA targets.
• Collaborate with PPC, creative, and marketing teams to deliver effective paid social assets.
• Ensure all activity is compliant, brand-safe, and aligned with regulatory guidelines.
• Produce clear performance updates and insights to support future planning.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience delivering paid social campaigns in a performance marketing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Commercially minded and analytical approach to optimization and decision-making.
• Organized and detail-focused mindset for a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office.
