Location: Remote (USA). Candidates must be based in the US and align their schedule with Pacific Standard Time (PST). Preference for Bay Area, CA and Austin, TX.

Salary: $170,000 – $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute the clinical trial matching product roadmap for the Sighirify.global product line.
• Define and deliver detailed product requirements based on customer needs and operational constraints.
• Oversee product performance and coordinate across R&D, Software Engineering, Sales, and Regulatory teams.
• Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) interviews and market research to validate features.
• Create business cases and financial models to support new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing to define product positioning, pricing, and launch plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Must align work schedule with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Bachelor’s degree in physical/life sciences, statistics, or engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product management, product marketing, or strategic consulting.
• Proven experience with oncology products, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Deep expertise in the Life Sciences industry.
