TL;DR

Location: Must live in the Americas with strong overlap with US business hours; occasional travel required.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 a year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across email, SMS, social, and influencer channels.
  • Build and optimize campaigns to help brand partners acquire and retain loyal customers.
  • Manage marketing CRM and the systems that support campaign operations.
  • Analyze key metrics and run creative/audience tests to optimize performance and targeting.
  • Partner directly with brand clients on strategy sessions and conduct periodic reviews.
  • Collaborate with executive and design teams to launch cohesive, high-quality campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on user acquisition.
  • Proven experience running end-to-end email and SMS campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data.
  • Experience testing and scaling multiple acquisition channels simultaneously.
  • English: Native or near-native fluency (C2).
  • Location: Must be based in the Americas and able to travel periodically.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Klaviyo.
  • Regular use of AI tools for content, analysis, and automation.
