What you will do

• Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Manage the monthly close process to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and resolve variances.
• Maintain accounting records in compliance with internal policies and US GAAP.
• Prepare standard financial reports, supporting schedules, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure proper cost recording.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.
• Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Knowledge of US GAAP required.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience managing accounting for multi-currency entities.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
