Salary: €107,837 – €188,848 (Europe) or £112,189 – £250,512 (London) for experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Prepare and own financial statements under US GAAP with IFRS alignment.
• Manage revenue recognition, consolidation, and intercompany flows across evolving reporting frameworks.
• Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the group's financial infrastructure and closing processes.
• Design and reinforce internal controls to protect financial records and lead smooth internal and external audits.
• Identify and automate accounting workflows, including reconciliations and accruals, to enable scalability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an accountant within a fast-moving, multi-entity business environment.
• Deep technical expertise in US GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work from the Milan office for the first few months.
