Location: Remote (Global). Optional office presence in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, or Warsaw.

What you will do

• Own key components of the monthly close, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany transactions and provide financial reporting support.
• Collaborate with the Controller and Finance function to build audit-ready processes.
• Help steer the organization toward IPO readiness by ensuring accounting excellence.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle close, flux analysis, and variance commentary.
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment.
• Experience building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready processes.
• Active or in-progress CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation.
