Salary: $100,000 — $110,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead sponsorship and events strategy by identifying, evaluating, and activating partnerships from local events to large-scale sponsorships.
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations, pop-ups, and experiential programs including briefs, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with Growth, PR, Social, Product, and Culinary teams for cohesive storytelling across brand touchpoints.
- Manage agency/vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and performance tracking with KPIs for awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop toolkits and playbooks for scalable regional activations and stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing and hospitality.
Requirements
- 5+ years in brand marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or experiential/event marketing, ideally in consumer, lifestyle, or hospitality.
- Proven experience planning and executing large-scale events and partnerships from concept to completion.
- Strong project management for multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and agencies; excellent communication and relationship-building.
- Data-driven with ability to analyze performance; hands-on entrepreneurial attitude in fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (25–40%) for events and activations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
