What you will do

• Build relationships with Heads, Tech Partners, and Tech Heroes to understand hiring needs and team goals.
• Participate in hiring for digital projects across engineering, product, and related roles.
• Manage full-cycle hiring from sourcing to closing, ensuring positive candidate experience.
• Comply with standards like GDPR and ISO, supporting Tech Sourcers on best practices.
• Represent hirify.global to strengthen brand and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Understanding of technology landscape to assess technical profiles across engineering disciplines.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS tools (Lever a plus) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• High attention to detail, data accuracy, compliance (GDPR, ISO), and autonomous work in distributed team.
• Strong professional proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional language.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Familiarity with nearshore or distributed engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini.
• Experience supporting junior sourcing team members.
• Experience in fully remote team environment.
