What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse IT roles across the full hiring lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define real hiring needs beyond job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess technical background, motivation, and potential risks.
• Coordinate the full recruitment process, ensuring smooth communication and high candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment within an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to proactively identify top talent.
• Experience managing the recruitment process from initial outreach to successful hire.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken)
