What you will do
- Design, implement, and oversee GCO training platforms and learning programmes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to create content enhancing legal, commercial, and business skills.
- Collaborate with HR on the GCO Talent and Development Hub to foster experimentation and innovation.
- Lead the design and delivery of the Digital GCO to ensure legal resources are user-friendly and accessible.
- Develop and maintain frameworks for capturing, storing, and sharing operational legal knowledge.
- Govern the full knowledge lifecycle, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and updated.
Requirements
- Strong background in learning & development, knowledge management, or professional development, ideally in legal or professional services.
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes or academies.
- Familiarity with knowledge management principles, tools, and digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives without direct reports.
- Ability to partner with law firms to realise organizational value.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience within a corporate legal department or professional services firm.
- Exposure to digital learning platforms, intranets, or knowledge portals.
- Familiarity with innovation or change-management programmes.
