What you will do

• Design, implement, and oversee GCO training platforms and learning programmes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to create content enhancing legal, commercial, and business skills.
• Collaborate with HR on the GCO Talent and Development Hub to foster experimentation and innovation.
• Lead the design and delivery of the Digital GCO to ensure legal resources are user-friendly and accessible.
• Develop and maintain frameworks for capturing, storing, and sharing operational legal knowledge.
• Govern the full knowledge lifecycle, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and updated.

Requirements

• Strong background in learning & development, knowledge management, or professional development, ideally in legal or professional services.
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes or academies.
• Familiarity with knowledge management principles, tools, and digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives without direct reports.
• Ability to partner with law firms to realise organizational value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within a corporate legal department or professional services firm.
• Exposure to digital learning platforms, intranets, or knowledge portals.
• Familiarity with innovation or change-management programmes.
