What you will do

• Act as EMEA point of contact between Corporate HR Integration Leads and local HR teams, translating global requirements into local actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration across benefits, contracts, policies, payroll, TA, HR systems like Workday, ensuring sequencing and readiness.
• Provide guidance on UK/EU employment law, TUPE transfers, and collective consultations.
• Manage stakeholders, facilitate alignment, track progress, risks, and escalations.
• Support employee communications, change management, and consistent experience during integrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR integration, transformation, or complex projects in multi-country/EMEA environment
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU employment law, including TUPE/business transfers
• Experience connecting global and local teams, translating strategy to delivery
• Stakeholder management across HR disciplines without direct ownership
• Project coordination skills for sequencing, dependencies, and readiness
• Experience with HR systems like Workday during change
• Fluency in English
