Location: Hybrid in London (minimum 60% office time over a 12-week period). 28-day work from abroad policy.

What you will do
- Assess People processes to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities and deliver an outcome-driven AI roadmap.
- Design, build, and implement AI solutions including assistive tools, automation, agents, and integrated HR workflows.
- Own end-to-end programme delivery from discovery to optimization, with governance, metrics, and ROI tracking.
- Drive adoption, build team AI capabilities through training, and create playbooks for scaling solutions.
- Redesign processes for AI readiness, continuously improve based on data, and report on efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Hybrid in London: minimum 60% office time over 12 weeks.
- Experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives, ideally in People/HR.
- Hands-on experience turning AI opportunities into practical solutions with tools like OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, automation, and agent-based systems.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Data, Product, Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
- Track record of measurable business impact, strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and data-driven mindset.
