What you will do

• Provide HR advice and support to employees, ensuring inclusivity and equity.
• Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and implement development strategies.
• Handle employee relations matters with empathy and respect.
• Lead performance management processes with regular feedback.
• Develop and deliver training on HR policies and procedures.
• Support fair recruitment and maintain accurate HR records.

Requirements

• 3+ years in HR Advisor or Generalist role, preferably in fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and equal employment regulations.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
