Junior eCommerce Account Manager

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support the Key Account Manager in driving retail execution excellence for a major eCommerce retailer.
• Own forecasting and weekly replenishment processes, ensuring efficient stock management during key sales peaks.
• Track sales, conversion, traffic, turnover, retail stock, investments, and other weekly KPIs.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate cross-sell activations and eCommerce promotional campaigns.
• Improve physical retail shelf productivity, sales, logistics processes, and lost-sales prevention.
• Support trade activation negotiations and retailer business planning by coordinating insights from internal teams and data specialists.

Requirements

• English at B2 level and native proficiency in Czech or Slovak.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, data visualization, and complex spreadsheets.
• Experience in eCommerce or project management within an eCommerce company is an advantage.
• Experience managing timelines, coordinating teams, overseeing multiple tasks, and aggregating diverse inputs.
• A continuous-learning mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes.
• Understanding of the Hungarian or Slovak market and shopper behavior is an advantage.
