What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to grow revenue and market share using hirify.global solutions
• Analyze client data to design custom analytical solutions and actionable recommendations
• Create compelling presentations and proposals to solve complex client business problems
• Consult with clients on improving systems and processes using data and models
• Coordinate with internal Sales, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure successful solution deployment
• Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 7+ years of experience in Credit Risk Management or Marketing Analytics
• Experience within the Credit Union, Banking, or Financial Services consumer lending sectors
• 5+ years of experience translating complex data analysis into high-impact client presentations
• Proven track record in a client-facing sales or consulting role

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency with statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python
