What you will do

  • Serve as the technical lead for Enterprise accounts throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Partner with Account Executives to design technical solutions and demonstrate how hirify.global addresses specific customer use cases.
  • Engage with technical stakeholders to drive alignment, handle RFP responses, and overcome technical objections.
  • Lead hands-on Proof of Concepts (POCs) to identify, diagnose, and rectify performance issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights.
  • Contribute to the optimization of selling assets and pre-sales processes.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of customer-facing experience selling to large enterprises.
  • Experience with Identity Verification, fraud prevention, or Income Verification.
  • Proficiency in translating statistical/ML model outputs into actionable customer recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile and web application architecture, specifically regarding API platforms.
  • Must be based in the US (specifically San Francisco or New York for hybrid setup).
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
