What you will do
- Serve as the technical lead for Enterprise accounts throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Partner with Account Executives to design technical solutions and demonstrate how addresses specific customer use cases.
- Engage with technical stakeholders to drive alignment, handle RFP responses, and overcome technical objections.
- Lead hands-on Proof of Concepts (POCs) to identify, diagnose, and rectify performance issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights.
- Contribute to the optimization of selling assets and pre-sales processes.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of customer-facing experience selling to large enterprises.
- Experience with Identity Verification, fraud prevention, or Income Verification.
- Proficiency in translating statistical/ML model outputs into actionable customer recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of mobile and web application architecture, specifically regarding API platforms.
- Must be based in the US (specifically San Francisco or New York for hybrid setup).
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
