What you will do

  • Identify new leads and potential markets through proactive prospecting and online research.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to align product value with measurable customer outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including developing quotes, proposals, and negotiating terms.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to drive new business and establish rapport with potential clients.
  • Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an online software or tech company.
  • Substantial experience in B2B outbound Enterprise C-level sales.
  • Proven experience working with US enterprise C-level clients.
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling and various sales techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator/LeadIQ.
  • Native English speaker.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling into enterprise L&D or HR teams.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with the hirify.global visual communication platform.
