What you will do
- Identify new leads and potential markets through proactive prospecting and online research.
- Conduct discovery conversations to align product value with measurable customer outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including developing quotes, proposals, and negotiating terms.
- Collaborate with SDRs to drive new business and establish rapport with potential clients.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an online software or tech company.
- Substantial experience in B2B outbound Enterprise C-level sales.
- Proven experience working with US enterprise C-level clients.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and various sales techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator/LeadIQ.
- Native English speaker.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling into enterprise L&D or HR teams.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
- Familiarity with the visual communication platform.
