What you will do
- Execute high-velocity in-person meetings and outreach to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Develop and implement territory sales plans based on market research of the London hospitality industry.
- Lead clients through the full sales cycle: needs analysis, solution design, proposals, and onboarding.
- Maintain precise Salesforce data for accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Represent Lightspeed at industry events to expand the qualified lead pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales and outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech.
- Deep understanding of the hospitality industry (restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels).
- Proficiency in pipeline building, territory planning, and lead generation.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Must be based in London to conduct in-person client meetings.
