What you will do
- Design and implement action plans to drive revenue growth and profitability in the South region.
- Meet sales targets, establish opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize them.
- Provide clinical support including training, education, evaluations, trials, troubleshooting, and follow-up visits.
- Collaborate with Clinical Applications Team for study days and training at Derby Centre of Excellence.
- Manage accounts, seek new opportunities, support promotional activities, and provide market intelligence.
- Complete administrative tasks, use Showpad for education materials, and support clinical trials.
Requirements
- Strong commercial and sales acumen.
- Proven experience in medical device/healthcare sales, ideally in cardiac surgery, vascular, or interventional radiology.
- Strong understanding of NHS landscape, hospital settings, stakeholders, and KOLs.
- Strong presentation, organisational, IT (MS Office), and negotiating skills.
- Experience in theatre and critical care environments.
- Understanding of NHS procurement processes and tendering desirable; Salesforce experience desirable.
