What you will do

  • Drive territory growth via new business acquisition and expansion of existing neurovascular accounts.
  • Manage full territory strategy, including account segmentation, forecasting, and revenue responsibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
  • Support product adoption through training, demonstrations, and clinical education in the lab.
  • Position products within pricing and reimbursement frameworks to optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to execute go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
  • Experience in neurovascular, neurosurgery, or interventional radiology (preferred).
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing field-based territories.
