Salary: Β£50,000 β Β£70,000 + Β£31,500 Equity

What you will do
- Own the post-contract phase for enterprise deals in Secondary Care to ensure deep integration into clinical workflows.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of Scribe (AI note-taker) within clinical teams.
- Manage strategic relationships with C-Suite stakeholders including CCIOs, CDIOs, and CNIOs.
- Proactively identify churn risks and execute bespoke work programmes to drive recurring usage and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Transformation teams to translate customer needs into product improvements.
- Identify and lead commercial expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success with deep understanding of churn, retention, and renewal cycles.
- Experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication skills and empathy to translate complex technical ideas into actionable plans.
- Proactive, driver-mindset with the ability to take initiative to ensure customer success.
- Curiosity and capacity to lead others in adopting AI technologies in healthcare.
