TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Healthtech): Managing post-contract phases for enterprise deals within NHS Trusts with an accent on driving the adoption of AI-powered clinical tools and strategic account growth. Focus on building account management foundations, reducing churn, and aligning platform value with C-Suite strategic goals.

Location: Hybrid (London, Shoreditch) - must be in office 3 days a week

Salary: Β£50,000 – Β£70,000 + Β£31,500 Equity

hirify.global is a healthtech company building a system-wide communication platform to connect patients and healthcare providers across the NHS.

What you will do

  • Own the post-contract phase for enterprise deals in Secondary Care to ensure deep integration into clinical workflows.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of hirify.global Scribe (AI note-taker) within clinical teams.
  • Manage strategic relationships with C-Suite stakeholders including CCIOs, CDIOs, and CNIOs.
  • Proactively identify churn risks and execute bespoke work programmes to drive recurring usage and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Transformation teams to translate customer needs into product improvements.
  • Identify and lead commercial expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success with deep understanding of churn, retention, and renewal cycles.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy to translate complex technical ideas into actionable plans.
  • Proactive, driver-mindset with the ability to take initiative to ensure customer success.
  • Curiosity and capacity to lead others in adopting AI technologies in healthcare.
