What you will do

• Lead client accounts over £400K revenue, owning the client/agency relationship and strategic direction from brief to completion.
• Drive client growth through annual planning, feedback, health checks, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage financials including budgeting, profitability, resource allocation, and reporting to leadership.
• Line manage Project Managers, Directors, and Account Directors, coaching on client work and professional development.
• Lead new business pitches, proposal development, and presentations with creative and commercial focus.
• Ensure compliance with codes of practice, legislation, and company policies.

Requirements

• Experience leading large client accounts in medical education or similar, with strong therapeutic landscape knowledge.
• Proven track record in client relationship management, strategic planning, and driving profitable growth.
• Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and project management processes.
• Team leadership and mentoring skills for junior staff and external providers.
• Ability to lead pitches and new business development.
• Travel to client meetings required.
