What you will do
- Architect transition to centralized operating model, define org structure, and execute workforce communication during consolidation.
- Lead people-side M&A integration, build repeatable playbook for cultural assessment, compensation normalization, and systems migration.
- Design competitive total rewards including enterprise 401(k) match and ensure multi-state compliance.
- Establish enterprise talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management frameworks focused on Atlanta market.
- Implement UKG HRIS, build people analytics reporting, and apply AI tools across employee lifecycle.
- Own core HR functions, build HR team infrastructure, and partner with executives to define unified culture and operating rhythms.
Requirements
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA area for hybrid work
- Experience building HR functions from scratch in growth-stage or post-M&A environments.
- Expertise in organizational design, total rewards, talent acquisition, and HR technology (e.g., UKG).
- Proven track record leading M&A integration and change management.
- Strong executive presence for board exposure and C-suite partnership.
- Knowledge of multi-state compliance and healthcare industry HR practices.
