What you will do
- Lead and implement the regional HR agenda for the Northern and Eastern Europe (NEE) region, focusing on the Eastern Europe sales area.
- Collaborate on the design and execution of the overarching people strategy to ensure consistent delivery and local adaptability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and ensure HR practices comply with local laws in Eastern Europe.
- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR specialists.
- Facilitate performance management processes and coach managers on goal setting and feedback.
- Partner with management to lead organizational changes, including restructures and culture shifts.
Requirements
- Strong HR business partnering or generalist experience within multinational organizations.
- Experience in Eastern European markets is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language spoken within the Eastern European region.
- Deep understanding of local employment laws and HR practices within Eastern Europe.
- Ability to travel across Northern and Eastern Europe and EMEA.
