TL;DR

Salary: $124,500 - $185,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Oversee the operations and maintenance of OPIS and eQIP applications within production environments.
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure 24/7/365 operational coverage.
  • Support and validate developer deployments in both test and production environments.
  • Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with IT teams to minimize application downtime.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and installation instructions.
  • Monitor system resources, data transfers, and ServiceNow tickets to ensure correct file processing.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of IT operations lead experience.
  • Active Top Secret clearance and US Citizenship (no exceptions).
  • Current Security+ certification.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux servers, Oracle SQL, and MySQL scripting.
  • Experience with OpenText Captiva and AlfrescoCMS.
  • Willingness to perform shift work, including third-shift and on-call responsibilities.
