What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
• Perform hands-on functional configuration and system changes within Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Design and implement AI and intelligent automation across close, billing, reconciliations, and treasury processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on integrations with adjacent applications such as Concur, Payroll, and Blackline.
• Define dashboards, KPIs, and metrics using Oracle tools (BIP/OTBI) or by partnering with BI teams.
• Ensure SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience owning Finance ERP platforms with prior Oracle Fusion cloud implementation expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials functional configuration, data analysis, and reporting (BIP/OTBI).
• Deep knowledge of core finance processes including Record-to-Report, Close, Billing, Revenue, and Treasury.
• Experience utilizing AI capabilities in transforming Finance operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience with SOX, audit, and regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience at Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC).
• Oracle Fusion ERP/Financials certifications.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance credentials.
• Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device industry.
