Location: Remote in United States
Salary: 121,200–225,800 USD annually, plus performance-based incentives

What you will do
- Define and own the digital product vision and roadmap with a focus on mobile-first banking experiences
- Lead vendor evaluation processes including RFPs, solution assessments, and platform selection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, fraud, payments, and cybersecurity to align priorities
- Translate member needs, data insights, and market trends into actionable product improvements
- Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and business impact
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management and communicate strategy to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in product management, digital product development, or related roles
- Strong experience with digital platforms, mobile applications, and digital banking environments
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead complex procurement or RFP processes
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and communication with senior stakeholders
- Experience in cross-functional, agile environments
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- AI/ML familiarity and product owner certification
