What you will do

• Define and own the digital product vision and roadmap with a focus on mobile-first banking experiences
• Lead vendor evaluation processes including RFPs, solution assessments, and platform selection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, fraud, payments, and cybersecurity to align priorities
• Translate member needs, data insights, and market trends into actionable product improvements
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and business impact
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management and communicate strategy to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital product development, or related roles
• Strong experience with digital platforms, mobile applications, and digital banking environments
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead complex procurement or RFP processes
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and communication with senior stakeholders
• Experience in cross-functional, agile environments

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• AI/ML familiarity and product owner certification
