TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Native AI, Core Experience): Own and evolve foundational app experiences like home, navigation, and cross-product flows with AI-native personalization and adaptivity as a first-class principle. Focus on shipping adaptive layouts, contextual discovery, predictive nudges, and building AI evaluation frameworks to ensure intuitive, cohesive, and trustworthy experiences at scale.

Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, US (requires in-office work 2 days a week)

Salary: $206,000–$252,000 base, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

  • Own vision and roadmap for core surfaces including home, navigation, explore, activity, and cross-product flows with AI-powered personalization.
  • Ship adaptive experiences like contextual product discovery, predictive nudges, and smart in-app moments responding to user context.
  • Partner with design, data, ML, and business units to translate AI capabilities into noticeable, trusted product moments.
  • Build AI evaluation frameworks with quality benchmarks, guardrails, and feedback loops focused on member outcomes.
  • Accelerate discovery and experimentation using AI to turn signals into shipped hypotheses quickly.
  • Ensure cohesive experiences as new AI products are introduced and align cross-functional teams on shared solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years product management experience on consumer-facing or experience-heavy products
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • AI fluency in mindset, strategy, building repeatable workflows, and accountability with demonstrated trendline of iteration
  • Experience shipping personalized, adaptive, or AI-augmented consumer experiences
  • Systems-level thinking across journeys, strong organization, outcome-orientation, and analytical judgment
  • Deep empathy for financially underserved users and excellent cross-functional communication

Nice to have

  • Experience with personalization systems, recommendation engines, or adaptive UX at scale
  • Familiarity with responsible AI design for consumer surfaces
  • Leading team AI adoption through workflow redesign
  • Background in fintech or financial wellness
