Salary: $140,000–$158,000 base + variable + equity options

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product journey for an agentic AI platform, from ideation to successful market launch.
• Shape and champion the product roadmap, aligning GenAI features with customer value and market opportunities.
• Define success metrics and establish robust evaluation frameworks to strengthen trust in AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Client Operations, and Design to ensure features are technically sound and market-ready.
• Gather real-world insights from customers and industry events to fuel continuous product innovation.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of SaaS product management experience.
• Degree or strong professional background in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship (H-1B, F-1, and OPT are not accepted).
• Currently located in Greater Boston or able to relocate immediately.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical complexity.
