What you will do

• Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders, lead PLM strategy discussions, and provide demos of Teamcenter capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable Teamcenter solution designs including data models, workflows, and integrations.
• Design end-to-end business processes leveraging Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem and integrations with ERP, MES, ALM, and supply chain systems.
• Architect Teamcenter capabilities like BMIDE data models, server-side extensions, SOA services, workflow templates, custom actions, and reporting.
• Conduct testing, assist development teams with issues, develop architecture documentation, and guide customizations.
• Evangelize best practices, provide user training, and stay current on Teamcenter developments.

Requirements

• Currently hold or able to obtain U.S. security clearance; must be US Citizen.
• Siemens certifications for Teamcenter required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM; 3+ years in business process architecture, PLM consulting, or functional solution design.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter configuration, workflows, lifecycle management, and security models.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, JSON, HTML5; experience with Active Workspace/Rich Client extensions and enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading data migration and system transitions; excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Teamcenter Dispatcher, batch utilities, installation, patching, upgrades, and performance issues.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server), SQL scripting, CI/CD, GIT, AWS, Linux/Red Hat, shell scripting.
• Agile certifications; Fortify/security tools; in-depth aerospace/defense knowledge; DoD policies, cybersecurity, RMF; CompTIA Security+.
