What you will do

• Lead development of enterprise integration strategy, roadmaps, and standards aligned with IT goals and business needs.
• Provide strategic guidance for projects, evaluate integration options, and facilitate processes including TIBCO deployment oversight.
• Manage the ESB organization, including hiring, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Maintain catalog of enterprise integration points, reusable APIs, and resources for internal and external partners.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture as product owner for integration ecosystem and collaborate across business and IT.
• Identify technologies, trends, and best practices to incorporate into policies and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Master's a plus
• 12+ years in IT; 10+ years team leadership
• Experience with Mulesoft (CloudHub/on-prem) or other ESB tools (Tibco, Apache Camel); integration patterns and technologies
• Subject matter expert in Master Data Management, data modelling, integration frameworks/standards
• Working knowledge of large-scale enterprise solutions; ITIL, SDLC, Agile
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
