What you will do

• Lead full life cycle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system designs, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing to ensure quality.
• Develop training materials and lead classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support and define future state processes based on business objectives.
• Manage complex, time-sensitive projects while meeting targeted billing hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Microsoft.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX to comply with the hybrid in-person attendance requirement.
